    • Returns are accepted for items purchased from our online store, items can be returned in-store or online. In-store purchases must be returned in store only.
    • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
    • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  2. Timeframe:

    • You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.
    • Please notify us of your intention to return within this timeframe by contacting our customer support team via email to whitney@porchboutique.com. Make sure to include your order number, item details, and the reason for the return.
  3. Return Process:

    • Upon receiving your return request, our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any additional accessories, and affix the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
    • We recommend using a traceable shipping method to return the item, as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit.
    • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in point 1.
  4. Refund Options:

    • If the returned item is deemed eligible, you can choose between a refund or store credit for the original purchase amount, excluding any shipping charges.
    • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and store credits will be provided in the form of a unique code to be used for future purchases.
  5. Return Shipping Costs:

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
    • In case of a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.
  6. Non-Returnable Items:

    • The following items are non-returnable:
      • Undergarments, swimwear, and intimate apparel
      • Clearance or final sale items (items with a discount of greater than thirty percent)
  7. Exchange Policy:

    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return following the guidelines mentioned above, and then place a new order for the desired item.
